Roku Jizo

Six statues of Jizo, all with red hats and bibs, stand in a line beside the road. They were reportedly set up to pray for the souls of criminals who were executed in the area.


There is a monument inscribed with a haiku by Matsuo Basho and a stone monument to Kekachibatake.
